Extel Communications Alliance Partner Program

Through our Extel Communications Alliance Partner Program, we have developed a worldwide network of partners to extend our capabilities and provide customers with best-in-class solutions for your communications business needs. The following two programs are components of our overall partnership strategy:

· Value Added Reseller (VAR) / Sales Channel Partner Program

  Extel Communications' VAR / Sales Channel Partner Program is a   structured program giving qualified third parties with complementary   products and/or services the opportunity to sell Extel solutions. The   Sales Channel program is unique in that it includes a sales training   and lead generation phase that provides meaningful revenue   opportunities for the partner prior to the partner qualifying for reseller   status.

· Extel Communications Technology Partner Program

  Extel Communications forms strategic relationships through the Extel   Communications Technology Partner Program with vendors offering   complementary hardware or software applications. This includes   applications that when combined with the Extel suite of products, can   offer an even more comprehensive, integrated solution that spans the   full spectrum of a communication provider's business needs.
