expandslTM
Element Management System (eEms)

The expandsl Element Management System
(eEms) re-enforces the Extel promise to profitably
expand operator’s DSL coverage, by providing a revolutionary
low cost way for both large and small operators
to manage all expandsl network elements.

Operators benefit from configuration data being
held centrally, and automatically synchronized with
network elements using SNMP over the same physical
link used to backhaul subscriber traffic. This reduces
overall effort involved in maintaining network elements,
and speeds the provisioning of new network elements
and services.

Setting the benchmark for management of small network
elements, eEms demonstrates Extel’s leadership in
access network innovation.

Features

· Java-based N-tier software
architecture resulting in high scalability, database
independence and a highly flexible northbound interface
